It's a tian, layered garden tomatoes, eggplant, zuchinni, onions, etc. Topped with cheese and baked. Easy and pretty.

Lovely Tian and photo Lucy. This is a dish that is heaven scent when picked fresh from the garden and made straight away. There's rich sweetness to the dish that just can't be beaten.
