Sue Gardiner's Black Currant Pie, a perfect ending to the perfect day. A pie that is prepared with the fruit from your garden is always better than any other kind of pie. This one was perfect. Thank you Sue, for everything you did to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable!

You are certainly correct about that-the berries look so plump and delicious!
Phew, that would need ice cream to cool the explosion of blackcurrant flavour!
It was indeed a wonderfully flavorful pie, and she served it with a cool mousse cake that complimented it in just the right way.
