Boy it's hard to get the cooking time right for those prawns. (are they tiger prawns?)
A little too long and they become dry and leathery. Yours look exquisite.
And those sardines look good and fresh enough to eat raw with lemon juice or sherry vinegar. Then again what smells more mouthwatering than grlling sardines?
